Idly

Idli


 

Ingredients :


3 cups par boiled rice
1 cup urad dal
2 tsp salt


Method:


Soak rice and urad dal separately in water
for 2 hours.
Grind the two separately.
Mix them together with salt.
Keep it overnight, before making idlis.
