MASOOR DAL GOLIS

Panchratni Dal
INGREDIENTS:

Masoor dal with husk - 150 gms
Garlic paste - 2 tsp
2 pieces of bread

2-3 green chillies chopped
oil for frying
salt to taste.

METHOD :

Soak the masoor dal in water for 2-3 hrs .drain out excess water and place the dal in a blender.

Break the bread into fine pieces and mix into the dal.

Add garlic paste and the green chillies and grind all the ingredients to a fine ,smooth mixture.

Remove from the blender and season to taste with salt .

Grease your palms with oil and divide the mixture into small portions .

Shape each portions into small balls and deep fry into hot oil till it is golden brown .
Serve with tomato ketchup..
