EGG BHAJIA

INGREDIENTS :


6 nos boiled eggs
1 cup bengal gram flour
salt to taste
1 pinch baking powder
oil to deep fry
1 tsp green masala
1/2 tsp pepper powder
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1/4 tsp turmeric powder


METHOD :

Take out the shells of the boiled eggs and make four pieces each lengthwise carefully ...
Mix bengal gram flour ,salt,green masala,pepper,chilli and baking powder , together adding little water to make a smooth batter .
Heat oil in a pan ,dip egg pieces in the batter and deep fry till golden brown ..
Serve hot with chilli and tomato sauce..
